Chamber Luncheon June 2022
Join us for a very important discussion that needs your input! The WisDOT would like key feedback and input from businesses along the corridor. Nonelected individuals representing major employers, business groups and major attractions adjacent to the corridor are wanted to be part of the Citizens Advisory Committee.
The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) is studying the Interstate 39/90/94 corridor from Madison to Wisconsin Dells. The environmental study includes 67 miles of I-39/90/94 in Dane, Columbia, Sauk, and Juneau counties, and it will evaluate options that address existing and future traffic operations, safety, and aging infrastructure. The corridor is one of the most economically important corridors in the state of Wisconsin and the Midwest, serving tourists, commuters and freight shippers including agricultural and manufacturing businesses.
During the study, WisDOT will obtain feedback and input from residents and businesses along the corridor. Public input is essential to successfully study, design and modernize this key commerce corridor. With that in mind, we invite your organization to participate in the study’s Citizens Advisory Committee (CAC).
