    The DeForest Windsor, Sun Prairie & Waunakee Chambers of Commerce in collaboration with Madison College is making available to members (and non-members) the opportunity to enhance and develop the leadership skills of managers, supervisors, high-performers and those desiring a leadership position.

    • Effective communication - Nov 29th
    • Building Trust & Motivation - Jan 24th
    • Situational Leadership - Feb 28th
    • Team-building & Teamwork - Mar 28th
    • Managing Difficult Conversations & Resolving Conflict - Apr 25th
    • Managing change - May 23rd

    Should a participant choose to complete all seven sessions in the series, they will earn a Leadership Development Educational Series digital badge.
